Festiva Resorts requires a non-refundable estoppels fee (they refer to his a a verification fee) for both Club Memberships and for deeded resort ownerships.
The fee is $100.00 (US resorts) or $175.00 (International resorts). This replaced the transfer fee which was previously charged. This fee will not be refunded if the sale does not close.
Payment may be submitted by credit card payment to Member Services.
If you are currently involved in a Festiva sale or purchase, I recommend you contact your closing agent to ensure they are aware of this requirement to avoid delays with your closing.
