VRI is a management company that manages over one hundred resorts.
    Resorts have different transfer fees.
My suggestion is you put the name of the resort followed by transfer fee into any search engine and by checking timeshares for sale on ebay, holiday, bidshares, etc. you will be able to determine the transfer fee.
    Or call the resort.
    Or post the resort name.

VRI's transfer fee is $75. payable to VRI. You will need to send the change of ownership and transfer fee to the regional office that manages your resort. If you aren't sure which office to send the new info to- send me a pm with your resort and I'll confirm for you..

Also- be aware..... There are a few "unusual" resorts that VRI manages where the HOA or developer may also require a second transfer fee. If you speak with one side- they normally won't mention the second fee. What happens however- is that they don't share the same database and therefore, both need to updated with the change of ownership.

Your resort may be one of these- which is why the additional $50 was added.

Good luck and congrats on your sale or purchase!

I just bought a VRI week. VRI told me $75, but the resort demanded $150. I sure hope it included VRIs $75, I haven't gotten a straight answer yet.
