  • What does the "deed" look like??

    Hello all,

Excuse my ignorance, but what doe a Timeshare Deed look like? I do not see any documents that have the word "deed" on them. I do have something that is called "Condominium Conveyance".

    Many thanks in advance

That is your legal document conveying ownership. It should be recorded in the county where the resort is located. Different states use different terminology.

The "deed" I just looked was just a single sheet of paper- but it also looks like a conveyance document, tho it does have a county stamp and signature. It does say "Purchase money deed of trust". I don't see a warranty deed in the file.

With the property market in the United Kingdom having gone through a number of changes and distortions in recent years, is it any wonder that people have doubts about where to get the best advice about conveyancing UK information? There are so many different sources of information about the stories but not everyone is as impartial as they would have you believe. There will be some sites which will have allegiances or benefits from giving certain information but not every solicitor firm or body is like this. The beauty of the internet is that it makes it easier for the reliable and trustworthy firms to be found because they will have positive feedback and comments.

There are so many things involved with buying or selling property that it could be easy to overlook some important issues. This is where relying on professional help makes perfect sense. The complexities of the conveyancing UK industry is such that the money spent on hiring a professional service is not just of benefit, it should be considered essential. The sums of money spent on buying land or property dwarfs the amount of money consumers would spend on anything else so it is sensible to safeguard your options.

Keep on looking at whole lot problem bent in that.!!
