Off to Wrestlemania!!!!

Well, it's finally here !! We will leave at 10AM after stuffing my MINI with luggage & stuff. Poor Kelli will be squished in the backseat but she doesn't care, this is her dream trip!!

We were supposed to be taking Octavia & her daughter but they got in an argument so daughter is not got going now ( She's 12, ) that should explain it all. Kelli said she is going to be talking to the invisible Eisha. She can be really funny.

We had 5 t-shirts made up that says wrestlemania 27 on it. They are gorgeous.

A good friend of mine who does the Legend Reunions ended up with an extra ticket to meet Shawn Michaels ( HBK++ The Heartbreak Kid) He sold it to me for what he had in it $92 . They were selling on Ebay for between 5 & 800 $. People are crazy!!!!

This is terribly expensive, me thinks I could've gone to Europe for what I've spent. Staying at the Quality Inn , downtown, just a few blocks from the Georgia Dome. I've rented a mobility scooter $200, hotel $600, wrestlemania tix & Raw tix over $100 a piece , Hall of Fame induction ceremony Over $75 a piece, fan access $40 a piece and there are 8 of those but we will only do a few, plus food. OMG!!!

Wish us luck, I'm gona need it!!

My thought exactly. My son went through the wrestling fan phase in his teen years and I have to admit I had a guilty passion for it/ But I'm hearing a lot of the same names over 10 years later.

They say confession is good for the soul - when I was a kid, maybe 12, 13, I used to watch Stampede Wrestling, which was done in Calgary. Wikipedia says it was the forerunner of the WWF - it will never be the *** to me -and was run by the Hart family - a la Brett, Owen and their dad, Bruce, who was known to take to the ring when a particularly insulting remark was made to him.

Hope you and Kelli have a great time, Leslie. Don't get hit by any lumber off those chairs that are cracked across someone's head!!!!

Wishing you good luck and a fabulous time with Kelly. Be careful with the mobility scooter as, I believe, that you had an incident with it on your last trip.
