  • Mon: Georgia Aquarium & Raw

Well, it's the final day before going home from this most fun adventure.

Octavia, Kelli & I took off to the aquarium. Found out this was Octavia's first trip to an aquarium, and was thinking how Kelli has had so much that she takes things for granted. Where did I go wrong? I also took her on he first airplane flight.

The aquarium was amazing. I think it was the best I've ever seen. We also went to the new dolphin show/theatrical experience. It was their 5th performance and it was great. i think seaworld has as good a show or even better but this was certainly worth seeing. I enjoyed watching Octavia clap her hands like a kid with a look of wonder and happiness in her eyes. It was also her first dolphin show and she is in her 30's. Too much good stuff can leave us jaded and underappreciated. I guess if you never get to do anything you appreciate it more when you get to do something. It made me feel good . After 3 or so hours they deceided to do something else and agreed to meet me at Monday night Raw

Raw was also incredible. Stone Cold Steve Austin & The Rock were there I was so tired I couldn't enjoy it like I should. When the show was over there was one of the worst rain & wind storms I've seen in a long time. Very severe weather here and at home. Thank goodness I could go right from the Phillips Arena to the Omni without getting wet. When I got there tried to get a handicapped accessible van but with no avail. About 1 AM the concierge & I got the idea to leave the scooter there and pick it up tomorrow and drive it back to the hotel. Once that idea hit , I thought one more step. Call the rental company and they agreed to pick it up at the Omni instead of the Quality Inn as I was leaving anyway!! Finally made it back and went ahead and packed. Next morning it was cold but not raining and we packed the car. The bellman was laughing his head off as he had never seen a little mini cooper packed so full. Poor Kelli was stuck in the back seat. I will post a picture soon.

Home sweet home!!! Hope you enjoyed my little adventure and no accidents to report!! Shaggy

      Shaggy,

You and Octavia both had firsts. She got to see a dolphin show and you went away and had no mishaps. Things must be looking up,
