Do you ask your family &/or friends how they rate the current timeshare stay?

I hope I'm not the ONLY one who does this.

Sometime during the week during our stay I will ask my family ( and friends if we have some with us or have sent them on a stay ): On a scale of 1 to 10 ( with 10 being the highest ) how would you rate our current vacation?

I then try to get them to explain how they got their answer ie. resort, location, unit, check-in.

This time, at Celebrity Brigantine. I got some interesting answers. Location scored very high at a 9, unit got a solid 7 ( a little small for 3 adults and a child when BIL stayed for 3 nights ) but great view and clean. Check-in ( took 6 HOURS ) and would have gone into negative numbers if they were allowed so a grudging 1. Only one working elevator out of two got a 4. Staff got a 7 ( after check-in). Not enough parking 6.

The final was that of all the timeshares we have stayed at it was tied at second lowest on the scale; coming in below Powhattan. equal to OLCC and better than Villa del Palmar.

Which means I have to find other accomodations to stay at that LOVELY beach again in the future.

Please tell me we are not the only family that plays these silly ratings games!

Oh yeah......we discuss everything about the timeshare....the location, the staff, the restaurants, the unit itself, any and all amenities, etc.

We definitely compare each new vacation, and location with past experiences.

It's fun, and helps plan future vacations as well as recommendations.....
