I'm home and exhausted but arrived home safe and sound . We had the time of our lives, loads of fun, few mishaps, Summer Bay was gorgeous!! ( I could live there) Weather stunk!! Took tons of pics. Going to bedThank goodness for an extra hour of sleep tonight!! Shaggy

Fl last week

We spent last week at Las Olas in Cocoa Beach. In the last few years we've done Cocoa Beach/Daytona Beach around this same time 5 out of 7 years. Last week, weather was the worst. Very windy and rainy all week. We made the best of it, but didn't get to do Sterling Casino boat which is one of son Geoff's favorite things to do. Also couldn't to Black Point (?) nature drive outside of Titusville.

We found things to keep us occupied and already thinking about next year.

I'm so disorganized!!

Guess what I forgot!! The chargers to both of my cameras!! I used my new camera until I drained it dry. I bought a charger for my other camera as it was cheaper. Pics are still good tho. shaggy

Welcome back Shaggy. I too am a big fan of your stories. Can't wait for this one.

I did the same trip to Orlando in 1989 and had the bad weather. So, we packed up and drove down to Key West. It happened to be Fantasy(?) Week and I think we got the last room left in the Keys. Turned out to be one of the best trips we ever had.
