Did Zion, Bryce, NRGC, & Hwy 12 . All were beautiful and unique in their own way but I think my fav is the Angels Window at the GC. B&B liked Zion best & Kelli liked Bryce & the GC.

How many days did this take?
Also, I will search elsewhere as well, but if I go to Las Vegas for a week, what are reasonable day trips (or possibly staying a hotel one night)
Scott from Vegas you could do Valley of Fire State Park, & Red Rock Canyon, trip up to Mt Charleston , Hoover Dam and a long day to Zion.
Best would be to stay in St George, Utah. I had one week in Utah & 2 days in Vegas.
Thurs/Check in & Zion sunset trip
Fri: Zion
Sat: Hwy 12

Glad to hear you liked Canyon Villas at Coral Ridge!
I just confirmed 2 nights there for our Vegas Etc. trip next March! I have gotten a lot of great information from reading your plans & your trip reports after.
My trip will be the reverse of yours -- we have 6 days in Vegas (Lake Las Vegas, actually) for my husband's conference, and then 2 nights at Canyon Villas. Unfortunately the North Rim of the GC is closed in March so we're skipping GC on this trip and going to see Zion and Bryce on this trip while based at Canyon Villas.
I'm wading through lots of options for short day trips out of Lake Las Vegas while my husband is at his conference. Here is my working list for Vegas based day trips if anyone wants to chime in
Red Rock Canyon
Hoover Dam
Death Valley
Ash Meadows Wildlife Refuge,
Death Valley National Park, (2-4 hours)
Grapevine Canyon,
Lake Mead,
Las Vegas Ski/Snowboard Resort / Mount Charleston,
Spring Mountain Ranch,
Valley of Fire,
