I have the Fort Myers Naples Book, I would tear out some of the coupons and mail them on. Lots of Naples and Fort Myers Beach coupons available.
I could use anything in Wisconsin Dells area (there really isn't much in the book).

I have the 2010 Hawaii book to offer, and could mail coupons. Only used a few Maui coupons and the Safeway coupon.
I could use Atlantic City NJ or Grand Rapids, MI coupons.

Also, going to Door County, WI for a week exchange. Anyone know what is on the punch card? If anyone has any Door county coupons, we could use them, but we are leaving on the 16th.

I just purchased a new 2010 Charleston, SC book. There are no restaurants on the punch card that I care about. Does anyone have the Ft. Myers 2010 book and can tell me what restaurants on Sanibel/Captiva are on the punch card and what number they are?

We too bought the Hawaii book. Not very useful except for the Safeway coupon. As a matter of fact, we were in Kahalui and tried to go to a restaurant that was in the book......OUT OF BUSINESS.
