It sounds as if you're a timeshare salesman working for a developer. While I can appreciate your go-get-em attitude, I don't think you've done your homework on this forum very well. Essentially, you're on a website that promotes timeshare ownership through resale, which as you should know is a fraction of the cost of retail. Tours are for wasting time and getting freebies but not for buying. This is a group where you more likely to get high frequency/no sales prospects. It's a very educated crowd.

It sounds more like the OP is an OPC or body snatcher who had better read the forum FAQ before making another post that could be considered advertising or spam.

I hate to say this but I own at there sister resort the Flagship but If I had to pick all over again I would rarher buy at La Sammana, I like the area there plus my favorite bakery is down the block

Frank, there is nothing wrong to admit you own at Flagship -I enjoy my visits to Atlantic City - it just appears as if the OP is a Developer Timeshare salesperson.

As Doug said, this is a very educated group who would probably not be interested in a Developer purchase at this resort.

I happen to own at LaSamanna, although my father uses the unit every year....The place has all top shelf furnishings...

Thank you all for your responses, I certainly did not mean to break forum rules by any means. If this is considered advertisement I apologize sincerely. I am not a developer or a timeshare sales person, and I am aware re-sale is a fraction of the cost. You certainly are an educated group and thank you for setting me straight
