Hi, I just joined and I am trying to figure out how to put an ad for information on Time Share for Rent. I find ads, but having trouble finding where and how to put an ad. I have Maui property (Ka'anapali Beach) and also Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta in Mexico. I have several weeks banked with RCI, just looking to rent out to cover my maintenance and exchange fees. Our property has great trading power. We have not been able to take a vacation for a few years. Have 2 weeks looking to rent, to be used by May 31, 2011.
Another 2 weeks good thru Oct. 2012, 1 or 2 bedroom places available.
Also another 2 weeks, would be at a cheaper rate, less trading power than the other weeks for a 1 bedroom or studio good thru May 2012.
ALSO For this year, we have 2 weeks-Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta, or choice of other locations at Grand Mayan resorts, such as Cabo, Rivera Maya and more, this is a beautiful 5 star resort, golf package. If anyone is interested, I have pictures, referrals from others that have used our resort. Rent this place for only $ 1200.00 for large 2 bedroom Master Suite, for 7 nights.
The weeks we have banked with RCI, if you are looking for another vacation, just let me know where and what dates and I can check for you and give you a price.
If anyone is looking to buy another timeshare, I am interested in selling mine.
Looking to sell one week at Maui Property (deed), this is every other year and also would like to see Grand Mayan Property, which is 2 weeks every year.
