I have been a member for a long time - but, your password that u use on AA.com will not work here - u have to register and give this site a new password - so it might not be your AA number but a password issue.

And many times I put in the correct password and it tells me it is wrong and brings me to a second page - and when I enter it there, it accepts it - the site is a little glitchy!
