Hi - Can anyone recommend a reputable company to assist us with selling our time share at the Mayan Resort in Cabo San Lucas.

There are no companies that can help you sell your MP/GM week

The facts are that the resale value of any Vida resort week is near 0 due to the huge transfer fee that they charge for any sale. When you say Cabo, you must have bought in the last few years. The VF weeks do not transfer to an new owner, the transfer fee is 5 times the annual fee, so please don't fall for any slick talker that tells you that you can get $$$$$ for this, just by paying them $$ upfront for whatever logical spiel they give you. Your best bet is to use or trade your weeks, after all that was why you bought it to begin with, right?
