Last Minute Deals - Help Needed

Hello Folks:

I do not own a timeshare at the moment but am interested in buying one at some point. During my due dilligence for a purchase, I have discovered that often times condo weeks will be sold at a deep discount at the last minute when vacancies occur. My understanding is that a non-timeshare owner can get access to some of these deals, but I have no idea how.

Can someone point me in the right direction so that I can locate a great deal on these hotweek type promotions that I hear so much about? I am looking for somebody reputable as this will be my first time.

You can post here by putting a classified ad or you can post on the Last minute Rentals forum here: www.tug2.net.

Many people seem to have luck with Redweek and VRBO. Sell My Timeshare Now also has rentals.

Try Ebay. Sort your results from low to high and usually the discounted rentals are first. They usually provide the dates in the topic line too. Good luck!
