  • Getting rid of My Mayan palace

Anyone interested of assuming my Mayan palace timeshare.
I haven't use it since I bought a 2nd house in key largo -- I don't have any use for the timeshare.
I paid $14,000 cash on the timeshare -- fully paid - owed nothing.
The maintenance fee is $595.00 - I got 1 week + 1 week bonus vacation for a year.
My renovation fee is paid off (the next will be 2016).
I will pay for the transfer fee - if you are interested let me know.

Please no scammer and no timeshare reseller.

This is a very generous offer - I hope a member here that travels to Mexico will take advantage of it.

I have visited the Grupo Maya resorts in the past and they are great resorts to stay at - first class amenities and service.

What's considered your home resort? Is it a 2 bdr? Can you use it any week of the year?

I don't know the answer - all i know I bought it in acapulco - I used it in all mayan palace owned resorts.
it's 1 big bedroom - but the living room has another folding bed - with kitchen - accept 5 people -- i can use in any week except Christmas which the allocated to their employees

I imagine that you have special reservation privileges based on where your home resort is, please find out and post it here.
