Even at 50% off, why bother.
Shutting down the banks, not being able to get cash and then having to walk around with a lot of
cash is just asking for trouble on vacation.
And then the risk of civil unrest again if there is a run on the banks, no thanks.
There are so many places in the world to go, why bother until they get their act together.
