Northwest airlines has some good promo fares to Germany for winter travel. I just picked up tickets from Norfolk to Frankfurt for $411/RT all-in. Then I added LCC flights on Wizzair from Frankfurt-Hahn to Budapest at a promo fare of 1 eurocent (which came out to 22 euros with taxes and fees).
This isn't the usual NWA zone certs to Europe (which haven't been issued the last two years), but it is one of the best deals I have seen from them this year.
