Folks looking to buy Streamside at Vail need to know that Aspen and Cedar are no longer Marriotts. Only Birch, Douglas and Evergreen trade now within the Marriott internal preference system in II because they are managed by Marriott.
Also, if you're looking to buy a Marriott trader, the summer weeks at Streamside Vail may not be cost effective for you, because they have higher maint fees than yellow and green weeks there. That is one of the only timeshare resorts I've heard of that pegs m.f. by not only unit size but by season as well. So best to do your due diligence and learn exactly what you'll be paying annually to own there."Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed and those who are cold and are not clothed."

Whoa...are you saying that Birch, Douglas and Evergreen weeks can be had for 500 bucks? Where can I find me one of those?"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed and those who are cold and are not clothed."
