I am selling my Peppertree Ocean Club Flex week 44 2 bedroom. 2007 week is available but I will likely deposit it within the next 2 or 3 weeks. I reserved week 52 check in Dec 29th, 2007. Maint fees $611 for 2007.

Can someone direct me to the bargain timeshare section for me to list is timeshare? I thought we had one here but if I cannot find it then it probobly is not a good place to list it.
