Rental Cars - Orlando

I am going to Cocoa Beach in June and looking to rent a mini-van in Orlando. In reviewing the cost, I notice there is a cost savings by renting off airport. Has anyone rented off airport and if so, with which company and how was it? My wife and I will be traveling with our grandsons, ages 5 & 7.

I don't know what kind of rates you've seen so far, but I rented a mini van at Orlando airport through Avis for June and the rate is $293 for the week. I thought that was pretty good.

I have had very good luck using Costco's site. We have a midsize for 4 weeks for just over $400, taxes in, plus you get an extra driver at no charge.
