Just found out about a new magazine for owners today from Google News.
Subscription is free at Owners Perspective - Timeshare & Shared Ownership Magazine

It says that its being produced by the company that already publishes the most read independent timeshare business magazine, so I took a look at that too and it was really interesting, also free subscription at Perspective Magazine - Timeshare & Leisure Property News & Reviews

I don't know if he is connected with the publication or not, but I've read Timeshare Perspective since its inception several years ago. It was originally an industry publication, with a blog that had a lot of good information. They are now in the process of changing and having a consumer publication as well.

Their blog website is Daily Timeshare and Hospitality News - The Timeshare Blog and you can subscribe to news emails there as well.

It might be useful for the savvy timeshare owner to gain insights into the thinking and mindset of the "enemy" - i.e. developers' sales staff, postcard companies, ripoff exchange companies like ICE, etc.

Database building?

I'll bet they are trying to fill out their databases with new names/contact info for potential sales. But if people want to send me offers, I'll read them and decided if they are worthwhile - especially since I'm so good at saying NO!

New Magazine Is Now Online

I signed up for this magazine and got an email today that it has now been launched - have to say its quite good, especially for free.

In one of its featured articles the company is offering 25 free timeshare memberships! Plus there's info and reviews on fractional ownership, new RCI resorts, destination guides and some other stuff.
