I just found a 1BR at the Manhatten Club for July 26-Aug 2. The rental price is $595.00. That's a pretty good deal, isn't it?

Yes, what other fees is the renter responsible for at the Manhatten Club.

If rented from a owner, no fees ,
thru RCI or other exchange outfit, Studio is $15.00 per day Ibd.rd. $25.00 per day, that is a Great rate, I look on RCI and they wanted $1,700 for 5 days
MF are $1919 for one bd.rm.

Shoot, If you find you cant use it,I will gladly take it off your Hands,
But I do hope you use it thats a great deal and all rooms from the 14 to the 25 floor are Refurbis, so ask for those floors,

That is a very good deal. I think MF is something liek 1200$ and if you did an RCI exchange, it would have been MF + $164 exchange fee + $175 extra fees and it would have been $339 and it would have been difficult to have MF of 250-300$...
