Orbitz Guarantee?

I heard a commercial for this tonight and had to get thoughts. Can this be real? I have highlighted the words that make me think to good to be true but sounds really good to me.

Book flight
Book a flight on Orbitz and we'll start tracking to see if another customer books the same itinerary at a lower price.

Refund earned
We’ll continue tracking until the day you fly. Each time the price drops and someone books your flight for less, we’ll issue a cash refund for the difference, between $5 and $250 per traveler.

Check mailed
Expect to get your refund check about 30 days after your trip. It's automatic -- no need to call, e-mail or fill out forms. Just make sure to cash your check within 90 days of the issue date.

So if I could book with another agent/website at a lower fee, it won't make any difference, it is just if a lower fee is booked with Orbitz. That doesn't do me much good.

So if I book a flight today...then each time someone else books the flight and has the same itinerary, they will give me a rebate on the flight? I am assuming it has to be on the the same day/flight and departure/return.
What are the chances?
