Could anyone use a free rail ticket from Bucharest to Budapest, good through April 21? This is the base rail fare, and you can add a first class sleeper for an additional 21 euros. It is the unused open return portion of a round trip ticket. I flew out of Bucharest on Sky Europe rather than using the train. The ticket doesn't have a name on it, so it should not be any problem to use.
