Cheapest I have seen in years to HI during the summer:

D.C./BALTIMORE--MAY 19, 2009-- United announced a major sale
this week on flights from Washington, D.C., and Baltimore to
Hawaii and other top summer destinations. Fares to Honolulu
are substantially discounted, starting at $169 each way.

The sale includes travel dates through Aug. 31, for flights
Monday-Thursday. Tickets must be booked by Sunday, May 24.

Other Hawaii fares included in this sale (each way):
- Washington, D.C.-Maui ... $178
- Baltimore-Maui ... $178

Unfortunately they won't work for me. NYC RT to HNL is only $586 on Saturdays though!
