RyanAir has a sale on through May 28 for travel in June and July offering 1 million tickets at a fare of GBP 10 (about US$16)

Just booked some seats. The GBP 10 was inclusive of taxes and fees, other than the charge to use a credit card. The charge for using the credit card was GBP 5, so my real all-in cost was GBP 15 for each of the three tickets I bought.
