    These are all shoulder season weeks and The Suite's at Fall Creek have a lot of units. For that matter, Branson in general has a ton of units. In the summer, they need those units but, in the spring and fall there's a lot of excess inventory.

    Of the weeks you've listed the only ones of any interest to most people would be Oct., Nov. and December. October is a nice time of year as Branson isn't over run with families with kids in tow. Towards the end of October the leaves begin to change. In November and December Branson is done up with more Christmas lights than most would think possible. We really enjoy SDC during their Old Time Christmas festival.

    Jan. and Feb. I really can't see any reason for being in Branson unless you wanted to hole up in your unit and do a little reading and relaxing. March things start to open up but, weather can be pretty iffy up until the last week of April or early May. You just won't know if it's going to be cold and rainy or if the sun will come out and things will be pleasant. We almost never go before the last week of April for that reason.

    So yea, DRI's probably pumping the inventory to I.I. but, all the others could do so just as well if they wanted.
