CAPE WINDS RESORT, CAPE COD, JULY 4TH WEEK, TIMESHARE
Looks like a good deal for some of you NorEasters.
eBay four hours left 0 bids at $99 + $460 xfer fees.

Still no bids with just under 3 hrs. left. Bet there are flurry of eSnipe type bids in the last few seconds.

I looked at it myself but I use Cape Cod strictly for trading in RCI. It should be a solid trader but MFs are a tad high for that, for me anyway.

good deal, M/F are $570 per week, and a $75 resort transfer fee. Don;t know where the $460 came from. I can close the week for $350 and that includes the transfer fee.

            Dear Joy,
I just added up the fees in the eBay listing, we all know it more profit for the owner/PCC and their selected closer.

Actually a very good buy. I was there on Saturday and the property is well maintained. It doesn't have a fantastic location; you need to drive to get to the beaches and any of the other Cape attractions, but the resort is clean, well appointed and convenient to many thing.

The buyer of this auction did well IMHO.

Looks like the buyer in this auction bailed out. It's been relisted today.
