A VERY RARE chance to do a full or partial fourth of July week rental Friday June 29 to Friday July 6, 2012 at our RCI Gold Crown rated Rushes ownership unit 2002 in Door County.

A situation popped up were we have a obligation July 3, 2012 in our home area about 200 miles from our Rushes. The resort gets $2,000. for a full week or $325 per night plus Taxes etc. and keeps a 30% commission. There is about a $95 housekeeping fee if we split the week.
I just gave our week to the Rushes to rent out yesterday but can pull it back if I rent it. Open to reasonable offers and save at least 30%. Call Bruce only between 8 AM to 8 PM CST with questions at 1-262-878-7566. Not to offend anyone I will not spend a lot of time on back and forth emails or with low ball offers and payment is to be made by PayPal at this late date.
