The offer includes: Five Nights at any participating ECVC Resort, Round Trip Airport to Hotel Transportation. VIP Discount Card for select resort amenities. Choice of a variety of 2 for 1 tickets for local tours and attractions. For a total cost of $299 (plus 18% tax). (All Inclusive is available for an additional cost at Cancun and Mazatlan)
DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE ECVC VACATION PROGRAM The Program is offered by ECVC and is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in this Program, you agree to all of it's terms and conditions:
ELIGIBILITY: Participants are eligible only if they are (a) not already members of any El Cid Resorts Timeshare Program, (b) are over the age of twenty eight (28), (c) have a minimum annual household income of $50,000 (U.S. dollars), (d) have not visited an El Cid Resort within the past twelve (12) months, (e) are willing to attend an El Cid Vacations Club sales presentation (with spouse, if married on the benefits of acquiring ownership in an El Cid Vacations Club timeshare membership and (f) otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth from time to time by ECVC .
DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION FOR A ECVC VACATION PACKAGE: Current owners of El Cid Resorts timeshare membership are not eligible for this special Vacation Package. This is a prepaid vacation for accommodations only and is billed on a major credit card at the time of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability on a first-come first-served basis. Some black out dates apply. Participation in this ECVC Vacation Package requires attending an El Cid Vacations Club sales presentation. Failure to attend a sales presentation will result in an additional charge to the ECVC Vacation package to the participant(s) of $100 (U.S. dollars) per night for the length of stay. Accommodations are provided at an El Cid Resort as requested by the participant(s). Cancellations must be made in writing within 30 days after purchase date. Cancellation notices must be sent to El Cid Vacations Club, ECVC Vacations package e-mail: tc-helpdesk@elcid.com.mx. Occupancy of accommodations is limited to two adults and two children (under 12 years of age) per Vacation Package. The offer does not include transportation, meals, taxes, tips, telephone calls, or any other items of a personal nature. The offers is not available for groups of more than TWO (2) affiliated families or participant(s) families during the same Vacation Package stay dates and can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Employees of El Cid Resorts, El Cid Vacations, Vacation Rewards, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and any other immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this program. All participants must be permanent residents of the United States. Guests who have been to an El Cid Resort in the last twelve (12) months are not eligible for this special vacation package. The offer is void where prohibited by law and/or where registration or licensing requirements have not been met. Travel must be completed within (12) months from the date of purchase. Requirements and restrictions are subject to change without notice.
