  • Free Weeks (2 & 3br villas) in Colorado!

The Twin Rivers HOA (resort located in Winter Park, Colorado) has a number of association owned weeks that they are giving away for the closing costs (HOA can quit claim for $11.).

Visit Twin Rivers Interval Owners Association Website for info and a list of weeks available.

Maintenance fees are reasonable and this resort is a dual exchange for both Interval and RCI weeks. These can also currently be used for RCI Points for Deposit purposes.

Looks like some great summer weeks are on the list. I would see about one, if I didn't have to many timeshares already.

    Thanks for posting.

Would something like these be for someone as green as I am (look at # of my posts)
      Also,
      a) I don't see how to look at which weeks are still available
      b) not sure if $600 is something you'd want to spend on $11 TS.
      c) how do you see the maintenance fees for each unit? I only see the codes to the right of the unit description.

      Thanks for your help!

Be sure to check with someone that owns there. I think there is a special assessment in the offing. I understand the units need to be renovated.

You should follow the website to call
simply submit your request to Debbie Briggs at Allegiant Management (dbriggs [at] allegiantmgmt.com) or at 970 726-5701 ext. 232.

To get answer for your quetsion a) & c).

For b), it is personal perference. If you are attach to the resort, you may want to do that. Personally, I will not feel any need for that. You do need to pay 2008's MF though.

OK.. I spoke with a member of the HOA board and got the following additional info:

2009 M. fees for the 2br villas are estimated at $520. and for the 3br villas are estimated at $575. This includes a special assessment (expect fees to be around the same numbers for 2010 as that is the final year of the assessment.)

If you want one of these weeks, they are not requiring that you pay the full 2008 fees (unless you get usage this year) but are asking that you pay the third incremental billing (due now). Fees are billed in thirds throughout the year- so it would be approx $175 and $195 respectively..

Also, I'm fairly certain if you made the request- they'd waive this as well...

              Good luck!
