Wanted to buy: timeshare contract at Fontana village NC with large point value, preferably several hundred up to 1000.

Allied Escrow International led me to believe they were working on a deal for me for a contract they had listed. They left me hanging without returning my call after we thought the offer was presented.

We would like to buy a contract because we anticipate bookings for the fall. Please contact me with offers or leads.

Why such a large contract?

Because I can rent out almost all of it. The higher the points, the more profitable it is considering the cost of it and the maintenance fees.

I am looking at the rate of return.

I wouldn't think an inland NC resort would have a high rental demand.

It does. There is a demand for this area with the motorcycling and car community. A lot of the rallies are held here.
