What other exchange companies does BVC allow you to use? Anyone had experience using others?

Many resorts are also II resorts. I have traded CMV weeks through II, one for a week in Nevada next to South Lake Tahoe, and another for a week in Maryland for a friend.

Thus far, I haven't worked out the best time/demand curve for II. Last year, a 4th of July deposit from CMV didn't get me an AC (like an RCI bonus week), so it doesn't trade well. I'm not sure why. I haven't tried to deposit anything there this year.

I haven't deposited elsewhere but I haven't seen any BG restrictions on where you can deposit. I think the question is will the exchange company accept the particular unit/week/resort you have. I saw a CMV deposit in VRIety not too long ago.

        Dae

Charles is correct - BG places no restrictions on us, so check with the exchange companies you are interested in. II does take several, but I think only certain sizes/seasons.

DAE will take any of our resorts, any size, any season. I like them, they are customer-focused, imo. you might want to look at their inventory online at daelive.com and see if any appeals. I like that they have more inventory non-us than I can get with cheap traders in RCI, but many people are not interested in the properties DAE offers. Exchange fees are way cheaper, as are their bonus weeks.

Bluegreen Resorts that can be deposited in Interval International

My understanding is that if a Bluegreen Resort is listed in Interval International's list of resorts then a week at that resort can be deposited into Interval International. I've never tried it myself but I do have an Interval International account right now, hence I may look them up and post them for everyone's enjoyment. Let me know if there is sufficient interest. Also, like most timeshare companies and timeshare trading companies, you don't have to be a member to browse the resorts. So you don't really need to be a member of Interval International to see what Bluegreen resorts appear in Interval International.

I have traded Falls Village in to II. It has a much better website. I think their search option is superior to RCI because you can search for availibity for a single resort, a region, or every resort in the system for the whole 2 years.

I was already a member of II, and to add BG to my account they required an extension of my membership which I was going to do anyway.

There are some unique resorts in II, and they are especially good for getting Marriott resorts, especially in Orlando.

I've deposited weeks at LAI and Harbor Lights into SFX. So far, I've only done one trade to Napa Valley, but we were very happy with that trade and with SFX's customer service.

There's also DAE if that hasn't been mentioned already.
