OK folks, I am from the midwest and when I go to the ocean I want to see, smell, and hear the ocean. Shopping, golf, shows, etc., I can drive to but I want to wake up to the waves and watch the tides. ShoreCrest I oceanfront delivers that but is very hard to get in.
SeaGlass Tower is on the ocean but I don't even know if it is open yet. Hopefully someone has been there and looked around and can answer some questions.
1. Does Bluegreen control all of the units or is it like Shorecrest where BG only has a small number of units?
2. It appears that some of the 1 bedroom deluxe units face the ocean and some face the city. Am I correct? If so, which unit numbers face the ocean?
3. Could two people sit on the balcony of a deluxe unit?
4. If one had a standard unit, above which floor should one be so that the view is not limited by the two adjoining buildings?
5. Would it matter if one had a south unit or a north unit deluxe? (Put another way, is all that glass for decoration and keeping the building cool or are there side windows in the units?)
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Charles
