We have Solara Surfside for Superbowl weekend, 1 bedroom for 4 nights.

I have posted the rental both here and at TUG, so far no bites. This site you can at least see people are looking at your posting. How do you know with the TUG site?

Also does anyone have any other suggestions for getting this rented, we are getting close.

Put it on eBay and make sure you have Miami Beach AND Super bowl in the title.

Superbowl rental in miami

I had a 1-bdrm unit at Solara the last time the superbowl was in Miami. I had it listed for rent everywhere. I was asking $4000. Someone offered me $1000 and I held out for my asking price. That was dumb. I didn't get 1 other offer and lost the points. I concluded that Miami has so many hotel units that it is not hard to get a room, even at superbowl. I think it may raise the chances of you renting it out, but it doesn't attach a premium to it.

Just avoid listing companies...

E bay might work but let's face it the market is extremely over saturated. You'll notice there are already families giving these things away on that website as well as on Craigslist. Good luck with your situation just avoid paying any listing company no matter how good they sound and how reputable their company name might be. Good luck.
