Anyone hear any details of this new program beyond what is in the announcement?

Quite a discussion (speculation) in the Yahoo group......the question in my mind mostly is why would the people on the RCI line have such knowledge/close connection with the amount of Bluegreen points it takes to do a reservation or if you have enough points in your account to cover it?
Others are: Will this be taken from RCI Weeks inventory or RCI Points inventory or both?
Will this eliminate the "need" for people (at least BG owners) to want to have an RCI Points account?
Will there be a charge associated with this?
If you are making the reservation with RCI, then how will the points be taken from your BG account and how soon will they be taken from your account? It seems like you could be in a deficit situation with points if things weren't moving quickly between the two systems.
Makes me wonder if there isn't some extra NEW "connection" between RCI and Bluegreen. Wyndham owns RCI, I believe.
All purely speculative thinking/comments and questions. What I think is amazing is that no one seemed to know anything about this at all on either board prior to this coming online in the January update--that's pretty unusual! Not totally unique but rather unusual!
