my husband and i are gong to xmas mountain village the 29th april 5th. does anyone have any suggestions on things we can do there this time of year.

Check out Broadway in the Dells. We were there last year over Easter weekend and they had a great show/dinner that we saw. Also, it should be nice enough for walking on the trails around the resort.

My wife and I will also be at CMV April 1-4. Definitely wondering about activities. Is it crazy to hope the golf course would be open?

the golf course has opened that early, but it depends on the weather (snow melting) Perhaps one nine will be open.
wizard Quest should be open.
Broadway Dinner Theatre.

They might still be doing the comedy show on Thursday nights at CMV or the Comedy Club in town.
Take a ride thru Devil's Lake State Park and Natural Bridge State Park and the Baraboo bluffs.
Drive out to Spring Green and also see the House on the Rock
Sometimes there are tours of the Ringling Theatre in Baraboo plus the square is interesting.

If you have kids, or like this sort of thing, you should definitely try out some of the indoor water parks. That's what we did for our three day mini-trip a couple of weeks ago! They also have a nice, if small, indoor pool.

the golf course opened on March 18, not all the nines, I believe two of them. If you buy the Dells fun card, there is two for one golf on it plus two for one sandwich at Mulligans. and many other two for one offers.

We just returned from Xmas mountain and they were opening the golf course... the last couple of days that we were there.

My neighbors are all claiming that they have been playing at Christmas Mountain for a few weeks. they always call me in florida to tell me how warm it is there, but when i return, it is always cold.
