Big Ceder Wilderness Club Rental or Trade

I know this is a stretch but i thought i would try. We are trying to take some friends down to BC in August. We have a 2bedroom lodge booked for 8/4 thru 8/7 and a studio from 8/1 thru 8/6/2010. We first had the 2 bedroom then found the studio. We would like to get ride of the 2 bedroom and get another studio from8/1 thru 8/6. Anyone out there have this we could trade or figure something out.

If JLB's suggestion doesn't work, try the Yahoo Bluegreen group. You can't reserve those dates with points anymore, or it'd be cake, but I'm guessing if anyone there has the studio they'd be happy to change their dates for the 2BR. Worth a shot, anyhow.

a person would need to be able to GET Big C on those cherished dates to be able to trade. it is not available in points, at least 2 of us checked.

How did you book it?

I have July 31-Aug 7 in a 2 bedroom cabin and I am NOT going to trade out of that. I spent an hour on the phone with BG to get that cabin.

That is the problem with the 13 month out system where it can only be booked 11 months out, you have to rely on someone doing their job based on notes left in the system. If somone codes in a 1 where there should be a 2, you end up with Myrtle Beach instead of Big Ceder. That is why the hour to get the BG mistake corrected.
