Maintenance Fee Difference

We have found two 35,000 point packages for sale. One has MF of $1757 and the other has a MF of $1309. It is my understanding that Bluegreen uses a fairly standard formula for determining maintenance fees, if so what accounts for the difference. Thanks to all of you for sharing your knowledge!

MF are determine by which Trust Fund the unit/weeks are in. The first ($1757) appears to be in Trust Fund E consisting of 6 unit/weeks ($1727 + (6 X $5 ARDA)). I do not understand how 35,000 points can have a MF of only $1309 (the second one). There was a recent discussion of Trust Funds that you may want to search.

It all depends on what the people listing the packages have included in their figures. Did they include the club dues of $129 in their figures? They may or may not have included the ARDA fee, which is optional anyway. There could be other items involved.
