    We were at an owners update in Mountainloft/Gatlinburg, the end of April. They told us, if we ever can't get into a BG resort thru the phone lines or online, to get the managers name of the resort & speak to them directly. That they will usually have "extra" rooms available.

    Has anyone else heard of this or possibly done this? Or was this made up?

    I am trying to get into The Fountains, the last week in June with no luck so far. My son is participating at the Wide World of Sports at Disney. The last few years we have had no problem getting in but this year?????

    Any suggestions, besides calling in everyday.

    Have you looked at the weeks RCI has available?

    Just a suggestion.

    How many days do you need? and what dates.

    I show Fountains on Bluegreenonline with 4 nights, date ranges from 6/26 - 6/30 and 6/28 - 7/02. You may have to make 2 different reservations and change rooms? I was able to get 5 nights in one unit.

    Also have you looked at Sunshine Resort, I know it doesn't have the pools like the Fountains. But we stayed there before Bluegreen owned the Fountains and it was very big and very nice.

      Not sure what the resort manager is going to do for you?? Might be able to tell you what kind of inventory is available, but can't imagine he could debit your points account nor accept your Bonus Time cash.

      I think the sales guys are wrong.
