Same as normal presidential bonus time rates
I don't know for non-premier owners but here are the rates for each premier level.
FYI, I just found bonus time availability for one of these units for the first time. I see 8/23-8/25. Too bad I can't use it
Presidential Units:
Bronze: $199/night plus tax
Silver: $169/night plus tax
Gold: $119/night plus tax
Platinum: $79/night plus tax

That is so fun!
Honestly, there isn't much better than checking into a Presidential Suite for $119 (or $79!!) a night!
I took my mom, 3 sisters, my brother and his wife to the presidential in Orlando in January. I kept the presidential a secret from all of them until we walked in, and it was sure fun to see their jaws drop

Concierge and Presidential are the same rates
Bonus time rates for concierge and presidential are the same.
I can't figure out the difference between the two either. It seems odd to me that they made two different luxury categories above the regular lodges, which are already pretty darn luxurious. I'm waiting to hear the first eyewitness report and see some photos.
I'll be at Big Cedar 8/6-8/8 in a cabin but I'm going to ask to tour that building if possible. Surely someone will see and post photos of the interior before then!

BC Presidential/Concierge Difference
There may be other differences, but a BG reservationist told me that there was only one difference between the two units. Presidential units are on the top floor, which gives them much higher, vaulted ceilings and better views. I will try to compare the two sometime during my stay at the end of the month, if I can get in to see the units.
Unfortunately, I couldn't reserve either unit type, so I will have to move over to the Cliffs for a few nights at the end of my stay. I would have preferred the $79 to the $179; but, if everyone I invited decides to come stay, I would be over the occupancy rate for the BC units. I was hoping to surprise my guests like Anita did with a presidential unit, but I think the Cliffs will suffice. For the extra $300, it better. Maybe I can surprise them next year at BC or Vegas???

Balconies are different
After reading this thread, I went back over to the Bluegreen site and studied the floorplans a bit. The main difference I see between Concierge and Presidential is that the Presidentials have a balcony outside the master bedroom in addition to the one off the kitchen/family room, and the Concierge only have the balcony off the kitchen / family room.
It seems from the floorplan that both types of units have quite a large kitchen and a large open great room feel in the dining / living area.
What I want to know is why more of these aren't turning up in bonus time. I've been checking at least several times a week to see if they're available, and today was the first sighting. I doubt that they're all getting booked through points, so I guess BG is using them for promotions? Maybe they won't show up in bonus time until the inventory is sold? I don't really know how all this works, but I'm curious if they're sitting empty or what BG is doing with them.

new Ultra Red Season
I just noticed in the new point chart for Big Cedar that they have created a new "Ultra Red Season" for the Concierge and Presidential Villas, weeks 24-32. They switch back to regular "High Red Season" (like the rest of the resort) for weeks 33-43.
Ultra Red weeks are 44,000 for Concierge and 52,000 for Presidential.
For High Red they drop to 36,000 and 42,000 points.

We just returned from a very relaxing 2 week trip to WC. You cannot see fireworks from the balcony in Building 25. Unfortunately, front desk said we could. But everyone ran from their units to the end of the front breezeway and we could see the arial fireworks just fine.
They were still finishing up the new presidential and concierge units, so they were not allowing any previews on the owner updates. (Which was the only reason we went, but oh well.) They were supposedly occupied by gold/platinum members that are deeded to WC for the trial run.
That is what I understand the difference to be between, presidential and concierge with the cathedral ceilings.
For the person going to Long Creek, if you have not seen them they are also jaw dropping. Personally I could justify 50000 points for something that sleeps 15, versus just a fancier Villa that still only sleeps 6 or 8.
The one thing that is going to cause considerable friction is that the new pool that is adjacent to the building is supposed to be restricted to presidential/concierge guests only. I think is enough of us complain, that will be reviewed.... I own 42,000 points also so why should my maintenance fees be enough to cover access to all amenities.
Safe and happy travels to all,
Justine

I have been lurking here for a while.....this will be my first post.
We stayed in the Concierge level for the 'shakedown' weekend. Units are as advertised.....the kitchen would remind you of Long Creek kitchens (think stainless steel appliances--even drawer type dishwashers), but obviously on a smaller scale. Much better floor plan in the full 2BR unit in this building than the 1BR+studio lockouts (as you would expect). Walk in showers in both baths. Beamed ceilings, flat screen TV's. No view of the lake, but the view back up the cove was almost better, in my opinion.
As for the Presidential units, we got a tour of one of those as well. WOW! Vaulted ceilings give the units a much bigger feel than one floor below. 3D TV in family room (yes, they provide glasses). Kitchen is much the same but different colored granite (sort of a mauve/burgandy color) which really matched the black cabinetry. Appts in the kitchen were much nicer: small wine fridge, Panini press, waffle maker, and even an electric wine opener to go with stainless appliances (again, think of Long Creek).
MBR had a custom forged "canopy" bed, and fireplace.....both baths have wall mounted towel warmers, and heated floors to go with the walk in showers.
Decks for both the living area and the master BR, with a fireplace on the deck.
Then of course, the privacy of the pool area and hot tub------only thing I probably would have changed would have been to have the elevator go clear to the pool level, instead of having to leave the building at either end, and walk around to the pool gates.
These units were gorgeous and gracefully appointed......they are rightfully proud of them (as the point values will attest).
I agree with previous poster, my belief is that the pool area will continue to remain private. If you're going to use that many points then that's one of the perqs that you are entitled to.
We're still debating with ourselves just how often we'll want to spend the extra points........
