New charter pricing for resales

BocaBum Jim, can you explain the new pricing program for upgrading points in order to keep the charter benefits. I have 7000 EOY with charter benefits and want to upgrade to maybe 20,000 annual points at some point. What would this typical cost me now or in the future?
