What is the best way to sell my time share. There are so many scams or crooks out there, I do not know which way to start.

I have periodically changed what I have owned on the OBX, and probably have bought and sold 12 or so weeks there, without ever losing money. Of course the weeks were all bought resale, so I got a good price on buying them. I have used MyResortNetwork.com once or twice, but mostly I have used print advertising in the local area. One I sold through a newspaper advert in a new local weekly newspaper. The others I used a local automotive shopper publication that has classified pages for other types of items, where you can advertise free for items priced at $1,500 or less. Higher priced items require paying a $15 fee for 4 weekly issues. Since I live in an area where it is easy to drive to the OBX, this worked great.

I also sold a Caribbean week, an Australian week, and two South African weeks through internet classified sites, primarily MyResortNetwork. The key is to price them realistically.

Hopefully the TS is paid off, otherwise it will be very difficult to unload. I would suggest sending a PM to Boca here on the TS4MS. He deals with Bluegreen resales. Keep in mind that most resales are going for very little. You won't get anywhere near what you paid for it.
I don't know why you are looking to sell. If you aren't using the TS, take some time to read the message boards here and ask questions on how to make the best use of what you have. Though I do not own with BG, IMO it is a very nice system.
