Help me pick where to stay in Daytona

My wife and i will be celebrating our 10 year annv. next year and want to spend it in Fl. She loves the beach and i love to golf so we are looking at daytona. Could you guys help us by telling me what you liked about FANTASY ISLAND RESORT II and DAYTONA SEABREEZE. They both look really nice!
My ?'s-- Are all rooms ocean view? Why is seabreeze so much higher in points? Your favorite golf course?

Anything good or bad you could fill me in on would be great. Thanks

Fantasy Island II is an older building but BG has refreshed the units. I don't think all units are ocean view but I might be wrong. There's a few that are ocean front. Call the resort and ask. The rooms and units are larger than at Seabreeze.

Seabreeze was also refreshed and I think all rooms are oceanfront. Seabreeze has a "classier" feel than Fantasy Island II but the rooms are smaller. Seabreeze has a better pool and an exercise room. But you can use those while staying at Fantasy Island II.

I would stay at Fantasy Island II again over Seabreeze. I like more space and maximizing use of points.
