You could have had my week for just a title transfer fee! I have been a Bluegreen member for over 20 years and am trying to dump (I still own a 2bd Villa) mine because I can get at least two weeks through RCI for what I pay alone for one years Maintenance! And I can go alot of different places with no exchange fee! I was young once and was buffaloed by these very good sales people, but now I finally know better! And yes there are alot of timeshares available for just a title transfer! I can't get anyone to even accept mine as a donation!
