We attended our owner's update yesterday and were given the Blue Green recession pricing numbers. We are mainly interested in upgrading our points to obtain some of the premier benefits, so buying from Blue Green or a company like Pinnacle that is an authorized Blue Green resale company is important. Basically we needed 12,000 to upgrade to silver and 7000 to bronze. The pricing is $1.8 per point for the 7000 points and $1.45 per point for the 12000 points. We were of course told that even Pinnacle wouldn't be able to go any lower than this in order for us to get the premier benefits - unless we wanted to buy even more points. For those in the know, does this really sound like a good price, or do you think we could do better? Thanks.

My understanding is that Pinnacle can sell the points for 1.25 and still qualify for premier benefits.
Talk with BocaBum Jim on this site ... he can help you get the benefits you want at the best price.
