I just bought Bluegreen points resale from Ebay...Company I bought from informed me that Bluegreen requires social security numbers and copies of drivers license for all persons on deed for documents. Since there is no loan, I'm just making sure this is standard procedure. Thanks !!

I've never bought from ebay

but each time I bought resale Bluegreen points I provided a copy of my driver's license and my husband's. I don't remember if them asking for SSN but they might have.

Yes, both are required. The DL is required to show that you are not posing as someone else. SSN is required in case you decide not to pay your MF.
