What to do with 25,000 points?

I'm new, but seem to have a similar challenge others do. We have 25,000 points, have used them over the past years satisfactorily, but now need to sell, rent, cancel, pass on to kids, donate -- whatever. It sounds like that's a deadend option. Any suggestions?

Selling, Giving, or Renting

If you want to sell, you should list what you own. Be sure to tell what resort you own, the unit type, and the week number for your points. You might even find a buyer here.
If you want to pass on the timeshare to your children, contact BG owner services or resort title.
If you want to rent, check out Ebay, Craigslist, and other rental sites to learn more about how to do it. Then pick a resort and timeframe and try to market it.

Bigdad, are you wanting to get rid of the point totally, or are you just left with current points that you can't use this year?

If you are looking to get rid of them (sell, give away, donate, etc), I don't have a good answer for you. Points are very cheap now, so if you can get rid of them, they will not bring in any real money.

If you are just wanting to rent out for the year, there are ways to do that.
