Is Select Connections a 'reservation' or an exchange?

I am wondering since we pay a fee to make a "Select Connection" reservation, is it a reservation or an exchange.

A reservation you can rent out or exchange with SFX, TPI, DAE, etc. while generally you can not do that with an exchange.

What does BGVC consider this usage?

It's a reservation. You can add a guest and rent it. Cancel it. Whatever you want.

I don't think you can exchange it, though. Unless the exchange company allows you to place the guest.
