  • Have the comment cards stopped?

It used to be that when visiting a resort, I got a paper copy of the comment card and strong requests that you complete it and leave it at the resort.

Then, comment cards were emails to me a couple weeks after the stay and again the 'please complete' notice was there.

Now the last 2 BG stays have had no comment card either hardcopy or email. I did find one online and completed for one of the stays, but have not done with the second stay.

Are the comment card requests gone now?

I know they are only online, no paper copies. I don't think they discontinued online.

I received an e-mail asking me to fill out a comment card for my stay at Grande Villas at St. Augustine. We were there Oct. 25-29 and the e-mail arrived just last week. The resort also encourages guest to fill out the comment card before leaving and offers a small gift for doing so. The comment cards are online.

That is what I thought was odd, I used to get comment cards, but it has been a month since my last stay and no card on site or email since. The stay before that also had no comment card and about 3 weeks after returning is when I went online and filled in the comment card. I haven't received an email from BG (other than the monthly update) for some time.

I should add that I am only speaking for CMV about the comment cards.

            Comment Cards

I was at Christmas Mountain twice this summer and received requests for comments via e-mail after we were home for a week or so.

Also had same experience at WGV, they requested we fill out form on computer before we left and we were given a token gift. Received an e-mail request for comments when I got home but when I logged on they noted that I had already responded.

I like to get the request and always make sure I respond.....easiest way to let them know what's going on.

              Comment Cards

Blue Green resorts have usually encouraged me to submit comment cards on-site and in some cases, they have offered gifts. I do not however, submit comment cards on-site. I stead, I keep notes on comments and staff that I want to recognize. Most of the time I receive E-mails requesting that I submit comments. On short stays 2 or 3 days, Blue Green I sometimes do not receive E-mails. In which case after a few days I submit them on-lin.

In most comments you need the reservation number and the unit nmber. I keep the reservation number as part of my brief notes. It is my believe, that comment cards is the best way to help keep Blue Green Resorts nice places to vacation.

We never received one after our vacation either. I had to search, & download one to fill out and send in.

I do know that they read them. Comments are copies and shown to the appropriate departments, both good and bad comments.
